The WARRANTY PERIOD can be extended as long as necessary to facilitate the decision to go with Certified Pre-Owned products. This warranty period can be renewed each year. For and additional cost, we offer a 24 hour replacement service.
RENT
Customers can lease Cisco equipment with or without the option to buy. The leasing program can be structured to take advantage of favorable tax implications such as front loading the equipment costs to reduce taxes.
REPAIR
Ciscosavers can also provide repair services for many Cisco products. Customers can ship their non-functioning products to us. We will make every attempt to repair the unit for less that the replacement value. If the unit is cannot be repaired, it can either be shipped back to the customer or it can be disposed of per the customers’ guidance. In some instances, the item may not be repairable but we may be able obtain some value from the unit such as power supplies, modules, slot covers, etc.
